Wouldn't it be better to calculate how much each spectator should contribute in order to guarantee the ongoing existence of XH558?

I was at an event recently which had publicised that there would be an overflight (with a circling and return) of the mighty Vulcan, yet there was no presence of VTTS which would (IMO) have generated contributions and made sales of memorabilia/souvenirs.
